「尚武太極養生協會」前身為「尚武拳社」,由王世温老師成立於2014年。王老師因受鄭曼青師爺「善與人同」之精神感召,決意親自教授拳法,讓更多人受惠。
The Awareness Martial Group was formerly known as the Shinewu Taiji Club, founded in 2014 by Master Wang Shiwen. Inspired by the teachings of Grandmaster Zheng Manqing — who emphasized "sharing kindness with others" — Master Wang dedicated himself to teaching martial arts so that more people could benefit.
尚武拳社致力於推廣太極拳及八段錦,十餘年來免費教授太極拳已屆第21期(每期5個月,每週教授兩式),八段錦已至第31期(每期8週,每週教授一式),前來學習者逾千人,其中尤以老弱患病者居多。
The club has been promoting Tai Chi and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) for over a decade, offering free Tai Chi classes for 21 sessions (5 months each) and Baduanjin for 31 sessions (8 weeks each). Over a thousand students have participated, particularly the elderly, the infirm, and those with health conditions.
為因應旅美學員之請,美國矽谷分社於2024年成立,定期推廣教授太極拳及八段錦等課程。台灣現有十位教練,矽谷分社有十三位教練。近年來陸續增開進階拳架課程,如:太極拳養生拳架、太極棍、八段錦進階、易筋經進階(十二經脈)、形意拳、八卦掌、推手等。
In 2024, a branch was established in Silicon Valley, USA, to regularly promote Tai Chi and Baduanjin. There are currently ten instructors in Taiwan and thirteen in Silicon Valley. Advanced courses have been added, including health-preserving Tai Chi forms, Tai Chi Staff, advanced Baduanjin, advanced Yi Jin Jing (twelve meridians), Xingyi Quan, Bagua Zhang, and Push Hands.
為健全組織運作,特於2025年正式向中華民國內政部申請成立「中華尚武太極養生協會」,並於2026年四月舉行成立大會。
To improve organizational operations, the "Chinese Awareness Martial Tai Chi Health Association" was formally applied for registration with the Republic of China Ministry of the Interior in 2025, with the inaugural assembly held in April 2026.

王老師成大畢業後赴美深造,取得工程碩、博士學位。因長年兼受中西文化薰陶,以科學與哲理不同角度研究太極拳,以鄭子太極拳拳架為基礎,融入八卦掌、形意拳之心法及招式。本門功夫有以下六項特點:
After graduating from National Cheng Kung University, Master Wang pursued advanced studies in the United States, earning Master's and Doctoral degrees in Engineering. Through his exposure to both Chinese and Western cultures, he combined scientific and philosophical perspectives in his study of Tai Chi. Based on the Zhengzi Tai Chi form, he incorporated principles and techniques from Baguazhang and Xingyiquan. Our martial arts tradition has the following six distinctive features:
王老師依流傳之古法口訣,應用太極拳心法,將神意氣三合於拳架中,以形導氣,重新建置八段錦及易筋經功法,作為太極拳之先修基礎功。
Master Wang, based on ancient oral instructions, applies Tai Chi principles, integrating spirit, intention, and Qi into the forms, guiding energy through form, and reconstructing Baduanjin and Yi Jin Jing as preliminary foundational exercises for Tai Chi.
參考八卦步之心法,由雙腳往上螺旋纏絲,開髖,將內氣螺旋盪起,更利於行拳時氣遍周身。湧泉有根,立身中正鬆柔,陰陽相濟。
Referencing the core principles of Bagua Step, a spiraling silk-reeling motion rises from the feet upward, opening the hips and spiraling internal energy, facilitating the circulation of energy throughout the body. Rooted in the Yongquan point, maintaining centered, relaxed, and supple posture.
以胸、胯之內圈帶動外圈,一環扣一環。手上分陰陽,腳下分虛實,應用老六路拳架之坤六斷功法,肩、腰、胯各自獨立。
The inner circle of the chest and hips drives the outer circle, one link after another. The hands distinguish yin and yang; the feet distinguish empty and full. Applying the old six-form Tai Chi, with shoulders, waist, and hips operating independently.
內氣由腳至腰至腕,行於四稍。三道氣圈過胯過腰至胸,膨脹鼓盪,依楊式太極拳老六路心法,導引內氣循經脈而行。
Internal energy travels from the feet to the waist to the wrists, flowing through the four extremities. Three energy circles pass through the hips, waist, and chest, expanding and surging. Following old Yang-style Tai Chi principles, guiding internal energy along the meridians.
胸化由胸椎骨化勁,背化由肩胛骨化勁。全身骨節鬆開,節節貫串,極柔軟而後極堅強,身體舒展,對拉拔長。
Chest neutralization utilizes the thoracic vertebrae; back neutralization uses the scapulae. With all joints relaxed and connected, the power of the spine is released, achieving extreme softness followed by extreme strength, resulting in a stretched and elongated body.
敷蓋對吞,折叠蓄化,心神合一,鼓盪共振,「練神還虛」即與天地精神相往來,達太極拳行氣最高境界。
Covering and swallowing, folding and storing, achieving unity of mind and spirit, surging and resonating. "Refining spirit to return to the universe" is the communion with the spirit of heaven and earth — the highest realm of Tai Chi Qi cultivation.




地點:台灣科技大學工程一館院內。教練:林淑華、黃雪玲。每週教一式,共八式,融入太極拳心法,適合年長體弱者,有助培練內氣疏導全身經脈。
Location: NTUST Engineering Building 1. Instructors: Lin Shuhua, Huang Xueling. One form taught weekly, total of eight. Incorporates Tai Chi internal principles. Especially beneficial for the elderly and those with health conditions.

地點:台灣科技大學。教練:甘台、陳添壽、黃文麗。鄭子37式以簡化動作為特點,以形導氣,增強心肺功能,減輕壓力,適合各年齡鍛鍊。
Location: NTUST. Instructors: Gan Tai, Chen Tianshou, Huang Wenli. The Zhengzi 37-form is characterized by simplified movements that guide energy through form, strengthening cardiopulmonary function and reducing stress, suitable for all ages.

教練:余振添。教授鞭桿棍法,包含戳、劈、挑、扣等擊法,有套路「十三鞭」。要求手不離鞭,剛柔相濟,力貫鞭梢。
Instructor: Yu Chentian. Teaches whip-staff techniques including thrusting, chopping, raising, and hooking. The routine "Thirteen Whips" requires the hand never to leave the staff, combining hard and soft, with force channeled to the tip.
教練:王丕洲。教授太極拳行氣之功夫,分運動、養生、武術三層次,使學員體驗內氣動盪,收改變體質去病延年之效。
Instructor: Wang Pichou. Teaches the Qi-cultivation art of Tai Chi across three levels: exercise, health preservation, and martial application, enabling students to experience internal energy surging and achieve physiological transformation.

教練:王世温。太極推手粘走相隨,化解對方推逼,以太極拳十三勢為基礎。「拳架為體,推手為用」,欲真正掌握太極,非習推手不為功。
Instructor: Master Wang Shiwen. Push Hands involves two practitioners sensing and responding to each other's force, dissolving the opponent's pressure. "Forms are the substance; Push Hands is the application" — mastering Tai Chi requires Push Hands practice.
教練:葉克敏。王老師依內家拳心法修正韋陀十二式,對應肺、大腸、胃、脾、心、小腸、膀胱、腎、心包、三焦、膽、肝十二條經脈,運行氣血,強身治病。
Instructor: Ye Kemin. Master Wang corrected the twelve Weituo forms to correspond to the twelve meridians — Lung, Large Intestine, Stomach, Spleen, Heart, Small Intestine, Bladder, Kidney, Pericardium, Triple Burner, Gallbladder, and Liver — unblocking meridians to circulate Qi and blood.

教練:劉主域。專為以身體健康為目的而練拳的學員開設,主要針對年長者或身體不適者,從基礎開始,手把手糾正姿勢,學習正確的太極拳。
Instructor: James Liu (PhD, Cornell). Designed for students who practice for health purposes, primarily the elderly or those with health conditions. Starting from basics with hands-on posture correction to ensure proper Tai Chi practice.
教練:王世温老師。週三13:00–16:00(大安森林公園)、週六13:00–16:00(台科大)。每一式由王老師手把手從頭開始教起。
Instructor: Master Wang Shiwen. Wed 13:00–16:00 (Da'an Park) · Sat 13:00–16:00 (NTUST). Each form taught by Master Wang personally from the beginning.
教練:王世温老師。三大內家拳之一。形意拳:三體式、五行拳(劈崩鑽炮橫)、十二形。八卦掌:以走轉為主,掌法靈活多變。
Instructor: Master Wang Shiwen. Two of China's three great internal martial arts. Xingyi Quan: San Ti Shi, Five Elements Fists, Twelve Animal Forms. Bagua Zhang: circular walking with versatile palm techniques.
針對身體虛弱不適合團體練習者,由王老師親自授課,深入講解各式特殊效益,幫助免疫疾病、帕金森症、腦部疾病患者恢復健康。
For those too weak for group practice. Master Wang personally teaches, thoroughly explaining each form's specific therapeutic benefits, helping patients with autoimmune diseases, Parkinson's disease, and neurological conditions.

上午:王世温老師授課。下午:教練複習。內容含八段錦、37式太極拳。為旅居海外或身體不適的學員設計,使其在最短時間內學會太極拳及八段錦。最少10人開班,報名後需經審查通過後方得上課。
Morning: Master Wang Shiwen teaches. Afternoon: Instructor-led review. Covers Baduanjin and Tai Chi 37-form. Designed for overseas students or those with health needs, enabling learning of both arts in the shortest time. Minimum 10 students; application required.
本協會宗旨為:推廣正確之太極拳,協助需要幫助的好人,探究真理,拋開成見束縛,以實事求是之精神學好拳術及心法。
The mission of the Association is: to promote authentic Tai Chi, help those kind people in need, explore truth, break free from constraints and prejudice, and learn martial arts and internal principles with a pragmatic spirit.
武德包含「尚武」與「崇德」兩意,以武強身,以德養性,厚德載物,實踐天道,承擔責任,履行使命。真正的武道是形而上功夫,絕非外在之蠻勁拙力。
Martial virtue encompasses both "honoring martial arts" and "valuing virtue" — strengthening the body through martial arts, cultivating character through virtue, carrying the world with broad virtue, practicing the Way of Heaven. True martial arts are a metaphysical art, far more than brute external force.

今年學習鄭子太極拳37式,經過半年多,現在漸漸地可以在動作中觀察自己哪邊緊繃,透過正確的擺位慢慢放鬆。身體還是痛,但痛感比以前降低,頻率也降低,心情也隨之輕鬆不少。另一學員分享:「我把藥量減了,止痛藥已經好幾個月沒有上場。我的疼痛好多了,我覺得『氣』真的是關鍵!很多網路上的八段錦練了好幾年,卻只是健身操,無法根治。」
After half a year of learning the 37-form, I can now observe where I'm tense during movements and slowly relax through correct positioning. The pain has decreased in both intensity and frequency. Another student shared: "I reduced my medication, and I haven't needed painkillers for several months. My pain is much better. I think the 'Qi' you emphasized is truly key! I've practiced many Baduanjin exercises online for years, but they were just gymnastics — they couldn't cure the root cause."
前幾天去醫院做腹部超音波,醫師當場就說,你的肝很漂亮,沒有脂肪肝了。我脂肪肝已持續許多年,現在居然逆轉!回家後查「要使脂肪肝逆轉的條件」,文章共同的一點就是要持續的運動。我恍然大悟,可能是兩年來每天我都認真地打王老師教授的八段錦和太極拳至少30分鐘。我已超過70歲,都能逆轉,真希望大家也能靠自己努力提升生理機能保持健康。
A few days ago, the doctor said after my ultrasound: "Your liver looks great — no more fatty liver." My fatty liver had persisted for many years and now it's reversed! When I researched "conditions for reversing fatty liver," the common point was consistent exercise. It suddenly dawned on me: for the past two years I had been diligently practicing Baduanjin and Tai Chi taught by Master Wang for at least 30 minutes every day. I'm over 70 years old and was able to reverse this — I truly hope everyone can improve their health through their own efforts.
我是一名帕金森患者,醫師很確定地告知即使最佳治療只能維持現狀,無法恢復正常。經過整整一年的勤奮練功,這半年來利用練功放鬆的功法都能通過抖動測試,終於不用再增加藥量了!另一位患者分享:練功後,左手手指竟然可以壓得動指甲剪——自己剪指甲對平常人沒什麼,但對巴金森患者而言,是多麼不可奢求的喜悅啊!
I am a Parkinson's patient. My doctor clearly informed me that even the best treatment could only maintain my current condition. After a full year of diligent practice, I've been able to pass the tremor test in the past six months, and I no longer need to increase my medication dosage! Another patient shared: after practicing, my left fingers could finally press the nail clippers — trimming your own nails might be nothing for ordinary people, but for a Parkinson's patient, it's an unimaginable joy!
幾年前曾在兩年半內兩度罹肺癌,並摘除了三分之二器官,術後身體大不如前。與王老師結緣一年多,如今恢復良好,能如常人般打理生活。王老師以科學方式和傳統方法互相結合傳授功法,使學生知其然更知所以然。另一位學員的癌症指數本來高達2000+下不來,回診驗血竟然是200+,醫生和同學都震驚了!
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with lung cancer twice within two and a half years, and had two-thirds of an organ removed. After over a year with Master Wang, I've recovered well and can manage my life normally. Master Wang's method combines scientific and traditional approaches, helping students understand not just the "how" but the "why." Another student's cancer markers, which had been over 2000 and wouldn't come down, were reduced to only 200+ — the doctor and classmates were shocked!
心血管中風後裝支架,醫師叮嚀多運動復健,嚐試幾項運動都不長久,直到上王老師太極拳課,才找到核心。跟隨王老師練拳後,身體體力、腸胃、睡眠好很多,一次走路五公里不喘。中風後本來有偏右癱的身體,現在外表已經看不出來,也能走長路,中氣足了人就有能量和自信,非常感謝王老師。
After cardiovascular surgery and stent placement, my doctor advised exercise for rehabilitation. I tried several exercises without lasting success, until I found the core in Master Wang's Tai Chi class. After practicing, my physical strength, digestion, and sleep have all significantly improved — I can walk five kilometers without getting short of breath. My post-stroke right-side paralysis is no longer outwardly visible; I can walk long distances and have gained energy and confidence. Very grateful to Master Wang.
我原本常患蕁麻疹需吃藥,上課一個月之後,蕁麻疹發生頻率大大降低。我發現王老師跟其他功法很不一樣,是用行動心法在練拳,調養元氣,提升自癒能力。另一位學員有免疫方面的疾病,結婚後沒有避孕卻一直沒有好消息。參加王老師的網路班後,每天堅持15分鐘的八段錦,幾個月後,竟然順利懷孕了,好驚喜!
I used to frequently suffer from urticaria requiring medication; after just one month of classes, the frequency of outbreaks decreased dramatically. I found Master Wang's approach very different — practicing with internal principles, nourishing vital energy, and enhancing the body's self-healing capacity. Another student had an immune disorder and had been unable to conceive despite trying. After joining Master Wang's online class and practicing 15 minutes of Baduanjin daily, she became pregnant a few months later — what a wonderful surprise!
